So I set the rule twice whereby if the sender email has specific characters it gets saved to a specific folder and then when the receiver’s address has the same specific characters the emails get saved to the specific folder.īut the problem is when I receive the email from that particular domain name, the email comes to me twice everytime.
xyz.com and also the email that I or my colleges send to the same domain name gets automatically saved to a specific folder. I tried setting the rule by domain name whereby the email sent to me or the group email address that I am in to a specific domain name for eg. I did try this out but I have a slight problem.
